Penobscot Nation Housing Department
The Penobscot Nation Housing Department is currently taking applications for the Penobscot Elder Apartment Building located at 2 Nohkomess. Applicants must be 55 years or older. Rent is determined based on household income, and ranges from 20 to 30% of the household income. Household income limits are listed on the chart below:

| 1 Person – Maximum income | $39,780 | $33,150 |
| 2 Person – Maximum income | $45,420 | $37,850 |
Amenities include- Onsite dumpster for trash, snow plowing, intercom system, four laundry rooms, camera security systems throughout the building. In addition, lunch is served Monday through Friday on the first floor.
